Before You Start
Workbook: Start by downloading our "easy-peasy" workbook. It will help the both of you agree in advance on answers to questions you'll find in our step-by-step online form.

Children: If you have one or more minor children, and one of you is responsible for them at least 60% of each month, the law says the other parent must pay child support. In some cases, each parent is responsible for at least one child at least 60% of each month. If so, both must calculate child support. Then, the parent with the higher amount pays the difference between the amounts. The amount is based on a government formula, last updated in 2017, tied to your income. Click here to use the government calculator. Write down the amount it gives you. Our online form will ask for it.

Terms: You agree that the Terms of Use available here will apply to your use of DIVORCEiQ.
